Gather Required Information
You can see a list of the required documents and information you will need here. Depending on the service you require, you will need certain details about your beneficiaries or other parties mentioned within the documents we are drafting for you. Start Your Order
The quickest and clearest way to start your order is to place an order through our website here. This reduces the chance of errors due to a bad telephone connection, or one party mishearing the other. It also gives you more time to collect any missing documents or information required during the process of placing an order. If you would like to begin your order by phone then please call us or request a callback.

Make Payment
After you complete your order on our website, a payment request will be sent to you by email with details of how to pay. You can pay in £ by bank transfer, or in either £ or € by card. You will receive a notification by email once your payment has been processed and allocated to your account. An invoice will then be sent to your registered email address.

Portal Login
After you submit the order form on our website we will automatically set you up with a login to our order portal. An email will be sent to your registered email address, asking you to set up a password; please check your junk folder if you can't see the email. Here you will be able to see the status of your order and manage any notary appointments.

Order Confirmation
A member of our team will give you a call to go through your order and make sure you are happy with everything. Our aim is to ensure you are completely confident throughout the whole process, and to make sure you have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Once you confirm you are totally happy, we will begin drafting your document.

Document Approval
We aim to have the first draft of your document ready for approval within 3 to 5 working days, unless you have opted for our express service where we will have you document ready in either 24 or 48 hours. You will get a notification by email to tell you that your documents are ready, and will be able to log in to our order portal to accept the document or make unlimited changes free of charge (subject to our fair use policy)

Book Notary Appointment
Once you have confirmed you are happy with the final document, we will then book an appointment with your chosen notary or send you the document directly if you wish to book your own notary appointment. All appointments that are showing in the order portal and can be cancelled or amended without having to try & speak with someone or call a Spanish phone number. We are also on hand if you want to request a callback.

Attend Notary Appointment
Once your notary appointment is confirmed you will receive an email with details of your appointment as well as directions & contact details for the notary. You will also receive an email reminder the day before your appointment. Appointments can be cancelled or amended from the order portal or by contacting us. Please make sure you bring your passport and proof of your NIE / TIE to the appointment.
