Probate Fee Saving With Priority Care+
Our standard fee for managing probate on your passing is 2.95% + IVA. This includes assistance with managing the entire probate process from coordination with the Spanish authorities to inheritance tax calculation & registration of assets.
Priority Care+ reduces the probate fee to 1.15% + IVA for a fixed monthly fee of 3.99€ for a single Spanish or UK Will or a fixed monthly fee of 6.99€ for a single Spanish & UK Will which is exempt from increases for the lifetime of your subscription*
We stop taking payments after 10 years* and your beneficiaries will still benefit from the lower probate fee after your passing, even if you have only made a single payment!*
You will also be eligible for all other Priority Care+ benefits including unlimited will changes for life.*
Plus by being a Priority Care+ customer, you are eligible for double the usual payout for referring a friend to us, increasing your payment from 25€ to 50€ for each person you refer.
